CORONAVIRUS UPDATE - 14th July 2020
We are starting Sunday services in Church again - at least for a trial period. There will be a service of Holy Communion at 10:30am on Sundays, starting on 19th July.
It will be a short and simple service without hymns. We will maintain proper physical distancing and hygiene procedures will be observed, especially during the administration of communion which will be wafers only. If you wish to come - and you are welcome to do so - it would be helpful if you could let me know each time using our contact form or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Then we can have some idea of numbers and make the necessary arrangements. Please see our services page for guidance on what to expect and what you need to do if you are attending the service.
This is an opportunity for those who feel able and ready to attend, and no one should feel under pressure to do so. We will continue to record services for each Sunday, which will be available on the services page.
Also, although we cannot yet have our building open every day, the church is now open for private prayer on Wednesdays between 11.00 am and 12.30pm.
As the Church our prayer and service for our community continues across the village. We will continue praying for everyone and providing as much support as we can during these difficult times.
I may be unable to visit in person, but I am still available to provide pastoral support, or even just to have a chat. You can contact me on 01725 510326 or email@example.com
I am also continuing to share Bible passages and some thoughts on a regular basis which can be found on our Daily Reflections page. Please contact me if you would like to receive these by email.
